Stir-fried Pumpkin
1.
Japanese small pumpkin is also called Beibei pumpkin, chestnut pumpkin. This is what I planted and it is not mature yet.
2.
Peel the pumpkin with a paring knife, remove the seeds, and cut into small pieces. (This kind of pumpkin does not need to be peeled. The skin will be very soft after being cooked.)
3.
Peel and mince garlic.
4.
Heat up a pan and saute the minced garlic.
5.
Put the pumpkin into the fry.
6.
Add soy sauce and stir well, sprinkle in a little water and cook.
7.
Cook until the chopsticks can be inserted.
8.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir well.
9.
Sweet and glutinous, delicious.
