Bacon with Five Nuts and Pumpkin Casserole

Peel and slice bacon.

Peel and mince garlic.
3.
Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces.
4.
Chopped green onions.

Mix the cooked five kernels well. (I put peanuts, almond slices, cashews, amber walnuts, pumpkin kernels, cranberries)

Heat up a pan and saute the minced garlic.
7.
Put the bacon and stir up the oil.
8.
Add the pumpkin and stir fry.
9.
Add half of the five kernels and stir well.
10.
Put oyster sauce, salt and half a bowl of water to boil.
11.
Cook until the pumpkin softens. (Chopsticks can be inserted easily.)

Sprinkle the remaining five kernels and chopped green onion at the end.
13.
Sweet pumpkin with five kernels.
