Stir-fried Shredded Beans with Red Pepper

Wash both ends of the tea beans.

Cut into silk and set aside.
3.
Wash and shred the red pepper, and chop the green onion.
4.
Heat the pan, pour the oil, add the chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.
5.
Add the shredded beans and stir fry.
6.
Add shredded red pepper and stir fry until broken.
7.
Season with salted chicken essence and serve on a plate.
