Stir-fried Small Flower Crab

Buy small crabs and peel them now, let the store handle them, peel off the shell, and cut the rest in half. Clean and drain.

A handful of garlic granules, wash, and loosen with the back of a knife.

Then cut into small pieces. Cut the ginger into three slices, wash the green onions, and cut into thin sections. Wash the dried chili and set aside

In a clean, water-free pot, turn on high heat, pour 3-4 tablespoons of corn oil, and heat.

Add half of the garlic cubes first.

Add half of the green onion, all the ginger slices and chili. Stir fry until fragrant.

When the fragrance comes out, pour into the small crab. Stir continuously for 10 seconds.

Pour 5-10 grams of cooking wine and continue to stir-fry evenly.

Pour in a small half cup of water and continue to stir fry a few times. Cover and simmer for 1.5 minutes.

Open the lid and add 1-2 tablespoons of salt, adjust according to your own taste. Stir fry a few times.

Pour in half of the garlic cubes reserved in step 5.
12.
Pour the shallots reserved in step 6. Stir-fry for 5-10 seconds to get out of the pot!
Tips:
1. The whole course of fire, big fire. Stir fry! \n2, shallots and garlics are required and cannot be omitted. \n3. Although it is not so cold, it is recommended to consume it in moderation!
