Stir-fried Snow Peas with Sausage

Prepare the ingredients, wash the snow peas and set aside, slice the sausage for later use

Pour clean water into a pot and bring to a boil, add a teaspoon of salt and boil the snow peas until they are broken and immediately remove them for use.

Pour an appropriate amount of base oil in the oil pan and cook until 50% of the heat. Stir-fry the sausage until the oil comes out

Pour snow peas over high heat and stir fry evenly

Add 1/3 teaspoon chicken powder to taste

Stir evenly over high heat and get out of the pan

Tips:
Blanching snow peas is to remove the beany flavor of snow peas and keep the green and refreshing taste of snow peas!
The sausage itself has a salty flavour, so there is no need to add salt in the process!
