Stir-fried Yellow Bamboo Shoots with Upper Leg Meat

Use a small bowl to adjust the sauce first, half a spoonful of soy sauce, 1 even soy sauce, add water to half a bowl and mix well

Heat the pan and add oil to the upper thigh and fry until golden

Pour in the tuned sauce

Cover and cook for 20 minutes

Add yellow bamboo shoots and stir fry
