Strawberry Hidden Heart

Prepare materials.

First soak the gelatine tablets in ice water, then add milk and heat over water and mix well until there are no particles.

Then add strawberry jam and stir evenly, and cool to about 25°C.

Finally, add whipped cream (whipped to 50%) and stir, and the mousse paste is complete.

Tips:
When demolding, you can use a fire gun to spray, so that it is easier to take off the mold.
