Suaeda Salad

Suaeda removes impurities and old roots and soaks in salt water for 15 minutes to clean.

A new head of garlic. Cut into minced garlic.

After blanching the washed Suaeda in boiling water for 30 seconds, remove it and immerse it in cold water and soak for 30 minutes. The water can be changed twice during this period.

The soaked Suaeda squeezed out the water. Add minced garlic, a little salt, chicken essence, sugar, vinegar, steamed fish soy sauce and sesame oil.
