Summer Ginger Milk Tea

Ingredients: 8g Tibetan tea, 12g ginger, 4 red dates, 8g brown sugar, 200ml buffalo milk, 120ml water.

Wash ginger and cut into thin slices.

Wash the red dates, cut in half and remove the pits.

Soak the Tibetan tea leaves once with an appropriate amount of warm water and pour the water away.

Put tea, ginger and red dates in the pot.

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water.

Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes.

Close the lid and simmer for 1 minute.
9.
Remove the residue and leave the tea.

Put pure milk, water, and brown sugar into the cooked red dates, ginger and black tea.

Bring to a low heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Try to keep small bubbles on the edges, but not roll into large bubbles.
12.
Turn off the heat, close the lid, and simmer for another minute.
13.
Pour out and drink.
Tips:
You can also cut the ginger into shredded ginger, the ginger flavor will be stronger.
Strain the tea leaves and cook them with milk. The milk tea will be smoother.
