Sun Moon Fish Tube Bone Winter Melon Soup

Cut the pork bones into pieces and wash them. The sun and moon fish (eyeeye fish) does not need to be soaked, just wash it with clean water.

Wash the wax gourd after removing the seeds, save the peel and cut into large pieces

Barley is soaked in water and sliced with ginger

Boil a pot of water, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and bring to a boil, then pour into the pork bones immediately, remove them immediately after the color of the pig bones changes, and rinse with cold water.

Combine the tube bones, sun and moon fish, winter melon, barley, and ginger into the pressure cooker, then add about 4-5 bowls of water, boil for about an hour, and add salt to taste after cooking.
Tips:
1. Sunyue fish (eyeeye fish) does not need to be soaked, just wash it;
2. The skin of winter melon should be preserved to retain its essence.
