Riyue Fish Chicken and Flower Mushroom Congee

Clean the sun and moon fish

Soak the mushrooms after washing

Chop the chicken thighs, cut the sun and moon fish into small pieces, and cut the mushrooms into small pieces after soaking soft. Wash the lettuce and chop it for later use.

Wash the rice and put it in a casserole, add appropriate amount of water to boil, add the prepared chicken, sun and moon fish, and shiitake mushrooms, boil again, turn to low heat and simmer for about 40 minutes, add wolfberry and rapeseed, continue cooking 4 minutes, then add salt and sesame oil to taste
Tips:
1. Sun Moon Fish does not need to be soaked, just wash it;
2. The porridge cooked in a casserole tastes better.
