Super Simple Tuna Rice Ball
1.
Steam a pot of fragrant rice, prepare canned tuna and chopped seaweed.
Note: I want to talk about it here. I bought a bibimbap with seaweed called "Kanhaiwa". My daughter said that it tastes very good when mixed with sesame seeds. If you want to use purer ingredients, you can use a food processor to break the seaweed, or buy pure seaweed powder. When the rice is steamed, add an appropriate amount of salt, cooked sesame seeds, and a drop of vegetable oil. This can also replace the taste of bibimbap and seaweed.
2.
Cook rice, add tuna, chopped seaweed, and mix well.
I poured the whole can and olive oil into it. The oil just increased the stickiness of the rice.
3.
To turn the mixed rice ball into a rice ball, you can wear disposable gloves 😄, or you can use plastic wrap to hold it up and shape it. Invincible and delicious!
Tips:
The ratio of rice to water is 1:1.5, and the steamed rice is just right!
