I believe that there are many working mothers who race against time in the kitchen every morning, just to prepare a nutritious, delicious and delicious breakfast for their children. me too! 1. Steam a pot of fragrant rice, prepare canned tuna and chopped seaweed.
Note: I want to talk about it here. I bought a bibimbap with seaweed called "Kanhaiwa". My daughter said that it tastes very good when mixed with sesame seeds. If you want to use purer ingredients, you can use a food processor to break the seaweed, or buy pure seaweed powder. When the rice is steamed, add an appropriate amount of salt, cooked sesame seeds, and a drop of vegetable oil. This can also replace the taste of bibimbap and seaweed.
