Tahini Bread

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine

Start the kneading function and knead for 15 minutes

Add butter and continue kneading for 15 minutes until the dough comes out of the film.

Sealed and fermented to 2 times larger

Take out the dough to exhaust

Divide into 8 small doughs, knead round, cover and wake for 15 minutes

Take a dough and roll it out

Cut a few times on one side, being careful not to cut to the side

Sesame filling: The sesame paste is relatively thin, add appropriate amount of sesame powder and coconut paste and mix well.
Put an appropriate amount of sesame filling on the dough

Roll up from the end without the cutter

Roll it up, pinch it tightly with the interface facing down, and put it in the baking tray.

After all the dough is processed and put into the baking tray, I made 2 kinds of shapes here.

Put a dish of hot water in the oven, put the baking dish on it, close the door and ferment until it is twice as large.

Remove the baking tray. Preheat the oven up and down at 180 degrees.

Brush the surface of the bread dough with liquid egg yolk

Put it in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes
Tips:
The sesame paste you bought is relatively thin, so you can add coconut or sesame powder.
