Tartary Buckwheat Golden Porridge

To prepare the ingredients, I used golden porridge with yellow millet and tartary buckwheat;

Put the rice in the pot, add appropriate amount of water, and simmer for 30-40 minutes;

Put the wolfberry in when it's almost boiled, and just take it out of the pot;
4.
A bowl of warm porridge, with some pickles or salted duck eggs, breakfast is complete!
Tips:
The porridge I chose is non-washing, and it saves me another step for lazy cancer patients, but it is really not sloppy for health preservation. After all, as I grow older, I find that I really don’t have a young age. I feel it, learn to keep healthy, enjoy life, eat and nurture, self-consciousness, and prepare myself a bowl of hot golden porridge for breakfast every day, which will bring a full day of positive energy.
