Three Cup Duck

Prepare ingredients

Wash the duck and cut into pieces, smash the pepper with a food processor, slice ginger, diced green onion and coriander and set aside

Stir fragrant ginger slices with oil in a hot pot

Then pour in the duck and stir fry for 5 minutes
