Three Easy Steps to Make Orleans-style Grilled Horse Noodles
1.
After the fish is washed, tear off the outer layer of skin
2.
Orleans Marinated Seasoning 150g
3.
Then cut the fish with knives on both sides
4.
Put the knifed fish into a container, and pour the Orleans marinade into the container
5.
Spread the marinating seasoning evenly on all parts of the fish body; put it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours, take it out and turn it twice in the middle to make it more evenly flavored
6.
Put the marinated fish on the grill and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
7.
Take out 15 minutes later, apply the remaining marinade to both sides of the fish with a food brush to make it more flavorful; then put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Tips:
1. Use a knife to scratch the edge of the fish body when picking up the fish skin, then pull the fish skin with your hand and tear it off gently;
2. The longer the marinating time, the more delicious it will be, but don't exceed 24 hours, otherwise the fish will become flavorful;
3. The grilling time depends on the size of the fish. The fish I made this time are relatively small, so the grilling time is shorter;
4. When grilling, first use medium heat to roast the fish inside and outside, and then use high heat to make the outside charred and tender inside.
