Tofu Balls

Chop shiitake mushrooms, green peppers and carrots and fry them for later use

Tofu squeeze the moisture with a damp cloth

Put tofu, vegetables, eggs, glutinous rice flour and salt in a bowl and mix well

After the dough becomes a bite-sized round shape, put it in a preheated oven and bake for about 12 minutes
