Tofu Shreds

Prepare the ingredients. Cut the shredded tofu into small sections and put it on the plate. Cut the coriander into sections and the green onion into diagonal slices.

Put oil in the pot, add the pepper aniseed, and slowly fry the aroma on a low fire. Avoid high fire, otherwise the pepper aniseed will scorch quickly, and the flavor will not come out.
