It's best to drink some soup to warm your stomach in winter. Super easy hahaha!
(Because it is made in the store, the conditions are limited, the ordinary pot version πŸ˜‚)
The whole process is a little over an hour. "

Ingredients

Tomato and Corn Pork Ribs Soup

1. Wash the ribs, add a little starch and knead evenly. Set aside (the braised ribs will be a little tenderer).

2. Cut tomato and corn into pieces and set aside.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and add enough water at once. Add ginger cubes. Bring to a boil, add the ribs. (Because starch is added, the ribs should be put into the pot one by one)

4. Continue to add corn, turn to medium heat and simmer slowly. After about 30', add the tomatoes and simmer on low heat.

5. After the tomatoes are ripe, add the red dates. Simmer for a while and it will be OK.

6. Start eating hahaha!
