Tips:

Dried noodles: Golden Arowana + fresh Australian wheat noodles. Cooking oil: Golden Arowana rice oil does not like chili and can be ignored. The noodles have a special chewy texture and a smooth taste. 200 grams (a handful) can make two servings.
