7 tablespoons of edible oil, fry on medium heat for 2 minutes and then invert and punch 3 or 4 holes with chopsticks. Fry for another 6~7 minutes on low heat, turn off the heat when you see golden brown. The purpose of punching is to make the inside of the steak well cooked.

The fried pork is discharged on kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil, and then cut into strips (pictured).

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok, add onions and cabbage, stir-fry on medium heat for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, add seasonings and kelp, stir-fry over high heat and then stir-fry on medium heat for 5 minutes, and finally add green onions For 30 seconds, turn off the heat.
