Egg Sandwich

Prepare the required ingredients

Pour water and salt in a boiling pot, bring to a boil, add spinach, cook and remove, drain the excess soup

Add tonkatsu

Add another layer of lettuce

Put the peeled egg in the center of the plastic wrap

Add spinach and tomato slices in turn

Sprinkle with mustard

Cover with a layer of lettuce, add rice to seal

Spread a layer of seaweed, buckle the fresh-keeping box upside down in the middle position, remove the fresh-keeping box, cover the surface with a layer of seaweed, and wrap the sandwich (it looks a bit ugly now)

Cut through the middle with a knife, there is a lot of Qianlong inside
