Tremella Lily Pumpkin Steamed (oven Version)

First preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the pumpkin into thin slices and put it into a container with a little depth, and put lilies on it. (I use fresh lily, if it is dried lily, please use it after soaking hair.)

Put the cooked white fungus soup on both sides. (The white fungus soup I use is very low in sweetness)

Add freshly boiled water to a deep baking dish, put it in the pumpkin lily dish, and the amount of water is a little lower than the pumpkin dish. (Do this step when the oven is about to preheat)

Cover the baking tray with a layer of tin foil.

Put it in the oven, the bottom layer, 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. The specific time is adjusted according to the thickness of your pumpkin slices.
