Triangle Sesame Cookies

Cut the butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature. Add powdered sugar and beat with an electric whisk until the color turns white

Beat the egg yolks, add in 2 times and beat evenly

Sift in low powder, scrape with a spatula until the material is loose and granular

Add black sesame seeds, press and mix into a dough

Divide the dough into two parts, wrap it in oil paper to form a triangular prism, and freeze it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours

Sprinkle a layer of fine sugar on the oiled paper, put the frozen triangular prism embryos, flip and press to make the cookie dough stick to the fine sugar

Cut into 0.8 cm thick slices

Tips:
1. This biscuit is very crispy, don't cut it too thin, or it will break when you take it.
2. This recipe can make about 40 triangle cookies
