Thaw the ribs, divide the ribs into two, so that the small pieces are cooked, soaked in blood and rinsed

Pour into the pressure cooker and press for 35 minutes (not for organic ribs, the pressing time is shorter)

After pressing the ribs, pour the soup into the wok, add salt, and heat the soup

Tips:
1 I don’t cut this pork rib every time. The pressing time is a bit long. This time the cutting time is short and it is easy to rot. This method is more feasible.
2 The carrot and potato cutting knife can be omitted, the taste will not be affected, just look beautiful
3 The pressing time of ribs depends on the ribs purchased by the individual.
