Tuna Cheese Egg Spinach Roll

1. Wash the spinach, boil water in a pot, add a little oil and salt after the water is boiled, then add a little bit of oil and salt, and then blanch the spinach until it is cooked; drain the blanched spinach and cut into small pieces;

2. Drain the tuna and set aside;

3. Heat up a nonstick pan, and heat up both sides of the spinach rolls for later use;

5. Put the spread omelette on the spinach roll;

6. Put the spinach section on top of the omelet; then add the tuna;

9. Then roll in from the left or from the right, and it will be a hand-rolled, as shown in the picture! The prepared hand rolls can be eaten directly or cut into sections.
