Seaweed noodles are noodles made by mixing seaweed puree and selected wheat flour in a certain proportion. Seaweed noodles are more nutritious and taste better than ordinary noodles.

Umami Seaweed Noodle

1. Prepare the ingredients: lettuce, seaweed noodles, hot pot ingredients
