Japanese Style Octopus Seaweed Noodle

Wash the octopus and replace it with a knife

Spread the eggs into cakes and cut into thin strips for later use

The seaweed noodles are boiled to 8 maturity and then let cool and dry.

Add oil to the pot, fry the octopus in the pot after the oil is hot

Pour the yakisoba sauce and soy sauce
6.
Put the boiled seaweed noodles into the pot and stir-fry when the soup is thick, then serve on a plate, sprinkle egg shreds on the noodles and eat
Tips:
1. Ordinary dried noodles or hand-rolled noodles can be used;
2. You can add all kinds of vegetables you like.
