Unsweetened Yogurt

Prepare the yogurt machine

Prepare the raw materials as shown in the figure: liquid milk, strains, xylitol

Take out the plastic box with the inner container, and scald the body and lid with boiling water twice to disinfect and sterilize to ensure that the fermentation process will not be affected by the incorporation of other bacteria.

Add 2 small boxes of milk

Add half-pack of bacteria

Add 1 tablespoon of xylitol and mix well until there are no obvious granules

Put the inner lid tightly back into the yogurt machine

Cover the outer cover of the yogurt machine, power on for 12 hours, open the inner cover and observe that the yogurt is solidified and the fermentation is completed

Take out the yogurt together with the inner container, let it cool for a while, put it in the refrigerator for a few hours, and then take it out for consumption
