Vegetable Sausage Pizza

After the dough is basically fermented, it is vented and rounded;

Coat tomato sauce (there is no fried pizza sauce, just use tomato sauce instead);

Cut the sausage into small pieces and sprinkle;

Green beans and corn kernels are boiled and dried to control the moisture;

Sprinkle green beans and corn kernels; diced water chestnuts and sprinkle;

Spread another layer of mozzarella cheese, and ferment the pizza in a warm place until the edges of the crust slightly bulge;

In the middle of the oven, 180°C, 20 minutes, complete.
