Vegetarian Fried Bean Knot

Cut bell peppers and carrots into pieces, and chop green onions for later use.

Soak the beans for later use (no photos were taken during the soaking process), soak in warm water about an hour in advance.

Stir-fry chili and carrots in hot oil, add green onion and pepper.
4.
Put the bean knot and salt and stir fry for a while.
5.
Pour in the soy sauce and stir well, turn off the heat and take out the pan.
