Wakame Winter Melon Big Bone Soup

Wash the big bones,

The skirt stems are cut into diamond-shaped pieces,

Winter melon is cut into blocks with a hob;

Put water in the pot, put the big bones with cold water into the pot, add a little salt, and boil the water to blanch them to force out the blood and impurities in the big bones;

After blanching, rinse with cold water and soak for 5-10 minutes to further remove impurities in the bone;

Put the blanched big bones in a casserole, add an appropriate amount of water to the casserole; put the casserole in an electric stewing pot;

The electric stew pot is boiled for one hour;

One hour later, put the skirt and winter melon into the electric stew pot;

Add appropriate amount of salt to enhance the taste;

Turn to low and simmer for another hour.
Tips:
1. This soup does not add any condiments, you can add some ginger and other condiments according to your own taste;
2. The longer the soup is simmered, the better. You can prepare it in the morning before going to work. After the stewing is done regularly, you can enjoy the warm soup when you go home from get off work.
