1.
Shred cabbage, shred cabbage, shredded green onion, ginger and garlic, and cut garlic into sections!
2.
The cake I made the day before yesterday was kept in the refrigerator for a day, and it was so fresh! Cut into strips, as fine as possible!
3.
For scrambled eggs, add a little salt to the egg mixture and put a little wine in it, so that the eggs will be more tender and fluffy! Sauce it after it's fried!
4.
Put the oil, add ginger, green pepper, cabbage in turn, stir fry, sprinkle with salt, and put the dark soy sauce into the mix!
5.
After adding the cake shreds, sprinkle a little boiled water along the side of the pan, then cover and simmer for about two minutes! stir fry!
6.
After simmering, stir fry until slightly dry, sprinkle with minced garlic, and add a little vinegar (I like to do this, personal preference)! Out of the pot!
7.
It's all greasy food, so it's nice to add a refreshing side dish! The radish is crispy and greasy!
Tips:
1. It's good to use cabbage or cabbage, but I don't like bean sprouts! 2. Soaking vinegar to relieve greasiness! 3. It is better to make egg drop soup at the end!
