I like fried pancake shreds because my mother was too busy at work when I was young, and always bake a lot of pancakes at once, so that my brother and I could eat several meals in a row! I can’t eat pie every day if I like it, so I think about a lot of ways to deal with pie. Fried pie shreds is my favorite!

Tips:

1. It's good to use cabbage or cabbage, but I don't like bean sprouts! 2. Soaking vinegar to relieve greasiness! 3. It is better to make egg drop soup at the end!
