We are All Happy-purple Sweet Potato Cheese Jelly

Quduodu biscuits are broken with a mixer, the butter is melted and mixed with the biscuits, compacted on the bottom of the mold and stored in the refrigerator.

After the isinglass powder is soaked in drinking water, heat it over a slow heat in water until it is completely melted, and set aside.

Wash and peel the purple sweet potato, cut into thin slices and steam.

Sift the pureed purple potato. This is a personal effort. I used it for an hour and a half, and my hands were sore. But for the cheesecake to be more delicate, it's worth it.
