Westinghouse Multi-purpose Pot of Sea White Bean Sprouts

Prepare the ingredients.
Wash the sea white and bean sprouts.
Cut the shallots into long pieces, or not cut them, and wash them well.

There happens to be a tin box at home. If not, fold it into any shape with tin foil and wrap the bean sprouts so that it does not leak.

Put the washed sea white on top of the bean sprouts.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Wrap the tin carton with a piece of tin foil.

Prepare the steak plate for Westinghouse Multi-cooking Pot.

Spread the coarse salt evenly on the steak plate.
If your cooking pot has a flat plate, the step of spreading salt can be omitted.

Put the tin box containing the sea white bean sprouts in the baking tray.

Put the lid on and set a medium-high heat for 15 minutes.

Tips:
1. Put salt in the grooved baking pan, not for seasoning, but to make the heating more even.
2. If your multi-purpose pan has a flat plate without grooves, you can put the tin box directly on it.
3. Bean sprouts and sea white are relatively easy to cook ingredients. The specific cooking time should be adjusted according to the firepower of your own pot.
