White Sliced Chicken

Clean the chicken.

Add enough water to the pot to cover the chicken, bring to a boil, add green onion and ginger, put the chicken in and lift, do so three times, reduce to medium and low heat and cook slowly.

Insert the chopsticks into the chicken arm to see if any blood comes out. If not, it is cooked. Take the chicken out and soak in ice water.

Take out the chicken to clean water and brush with a layer of sesame oil, then cut into pieces and put on a plate.

Put the minced ginger, green onion, and pepper in a bowl, drizzle with boiling oil, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and mix thoroughly to make the sauce. The chicken is served with the sauce and it is more fragrant.
