Winter Melon Meatball Soup
1.
Peel the winter melon and cut into thin slices.
2.
The pork is chopped into minced meat.
3.
Add eggs, salt, cooking wine, chopped green onion, minced ginger, and white pepper. (You can add or subtract condiments according to your taste.)
4.
Stir continuously in one direction with chopsticks until it becomes sticky. (Remember to stir more so that the balls are delicious.)
5.
Then add a little starch and stir evenly with chopsticks until there is no dry powder. (Starch has a viscous effect, just add a little.)
6.
Squeeze the minced meat out of the tiger's mouth on the left hand.
7.
Use a spoon to scoop it into a hot water pot at around 90°C. (Remember, don't boil on fire when you just put it in, it will affect the molding of the balls)
8.
Cook over medium-low heat until all the meatballs come up.
9.
Then turn on high heat, add the winter melon slices, cook for about 3 minutes until the winter melon becomes transparent, then add salt.
10.
Add a little sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped chives and serve. Light but nutritious autumn health soup, remember to make more for your family
