Winter Melon with Minced Meat

Peel the winter melon, remove the core, and cut into thin slices.

Put it on a big plate.

Bring the water to a boil, place the winter melon dish in a pot, cover and steam for about 15 minutes.

Heat oil over medium heat, and stir-fry the fat and thin two or three pieces of meat until spitting oil.

Add oyster sauce and light soy sauce, stir fry, add appropriate amount of water and cook for about five minutes.
6.
Thicken the gorgon, add the green onion and mix well.
7.
Pour the juice on the winter melon plate, sprinkle with sesame oil, green onions and soaked wolfberry diced.
