Wonton Wrap Method
1.
Wonton wrappers are bought right now. Prepare wonton wrappers and wonton fillings.

Fill a small bowl with half a bowl of warm water.

The wonton wrapper is rectangular and placed in the palm of the hand as shown in the figure.

Dip the fingers of your right hand with water, and apply a thin layer of water along the upper and lower sides of the rectangle to make the back glue better.

Put an appropriate amount of wonton filling. Novices can put less.

Fold the lower edge in half to the upper edge, knead it with both hands, and pinch it tightly, before applying water, so it is easy to pinch it up. Pinch on all three sides.

Fold the upper two layers of skins toward the filling direction, that is, the skins stand upright, and the orientation of the fillings remains unchanged.
8.
After standing up, squeeze the bottom two corners with both hands and bend the filling slightly inward, so that the two corners overlap.
9.
You can apply water to the corner that is pressed underneath, and use your left and right thumbs to pinch the two corners together and pinch tightly.
10.
The wonton is complete!
Tips:
It can be placed directly after it is wrapped, or it can be arranged and frozen instead of eating right away!
