Wonton Fry
1.
Wonton packaging method: a piece of wonton wrapper.
2.
Put the wonton filling in the middle of the lower corner.
3.
Fold up the bottom corner.
4.
Fold the left and right corners in half.
5.
The upper corner (I changed the angle) fold left.
6.
Folded like this.
7.
Turn it over and put the corners into the picture below.
8.
Carefully tuck the horns in.
9.
The upper layer is wrapped by the first wrapping method. The next layer is packaged by the second method.
10.
The second folding method: Fold the corner to the opposite side.
11.
Tuck the horns in.
12.
Fold into the following figure. The second method of folding is the full-wrap method, which is more difficult to break. (The first one won’t be fried, by comparison.)
13.
Put a small amount of peanut oil in the pot and fry the wontons on a low fire.
14.
Fry until golden brown and turn it over, and fry the other side also brown. Serve.
15.
Remove the white part of the orange peel slices.
16.
Cut into crumbles.
17.
Put half a teaspoon of light soy sauce, aged vinegar, and sesame oil in a small dish, add the fried wontons, sprinkle with green, red pepper and chopped orange zest for garnish.
