Yam Pork Ribs Soup

Soak the small ribs in the blood, wash and remove, and wash with yam

Boil the small ribs in a pot under cold water first, then pick them up and wash them

Prepare the cooking wine, peel and slice the ginger, wash the shallots and tie them

Put the small ribs into the pot and then add the green onion and ginger
5.
Pour hot water

Then add the cooking wine

Adjust to boiling soup for 20 minutes

While boiling the soup, peel the yam into hob cubes and soak in water
9.
When the time is up, open and pour the yam

Add salt and cover and press for 5 minutes

After serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
Tips:
1. After peeling the yam, soak it in clean water to avoid oxidation and blackening
2. The yam and the ribs must be put into the pot separately, so as to keep the yam intact and the soup is not turbid. 3. The pressure cooker will not lose water. If the pressure cooker is not needed, use an open flame and a small fire to increase the water volume
