Yanbian Korean Cold Noodles-the Most Enjoyable Bowl of Noodles in Summer
1.
Soak cold noodles in cold water to soften them, tear them apart by hand, wash them, and drain the water. (I bought dry and cold noodles so it will take longer to soak)
2.
Ingredients: braised pork, spicy cabbage, cucumber, braised egg, sesame, garlic, green onion, coriander.
3.
After the boiled broth has cooled, pour it into a bowl, add 2 bowls of ice water, sugar, salt, white vinegar, light soy sauce, chives, parsley, minced garlic, and sesame oil and stir well. (I made it for 2 people)
4.
Boil half a pot of boiling water, put the cold noodles in boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes until cooked and remove
5.
Rinse with cold water, put in a colander to drain
6.
Put the cold noodles in a bowl, cut the egg in half and place it, then put the cucumber and spicy cabbage, the stewed pork, sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. (If you like, you can add garlic chili sauce or chili oil for a different taste)
Tips:
1. I tried several flavors, but the sour broth tastes the best.
2. The cold noodles must be soaked before cooking, and the cooking time cannot be too long. Kindness is delicious.
3. When the weather is very hot, put ice cubes in the cold noodle soup, it is very cold.
