A Must-have Dish for Wild Outings-cumin Chicken Bone Fork

Wash the chicken bone fork and control it to dry, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine and ginger to marinate for 30 minutes to remove the fishy taste. Then remove the ginger slices, pour out the excess water and set aside.

Add more vegetable oil to the pot and add 60% oil to warm the chicken for deep-fried.
