Cut the tofu into slices evenly, starting from the middle of a piece of tofu, and then cut each piece into 4 pieces. Then heat up the pot and let the oil flow around the pot. Put the tofu in lightly and fry on medium heat until golden brown.

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water, rinse with two water, and cut shredded shiitake mushrooms. Cut the scallions into small pieces and put them together.

Then put the fried shiitake mushrooms into the fried tofu, cover and cook for two minutes. If you have a small casserole, you can directly boil the two in the casserole for a few minutes.
