I love raspberries for no reason, maybe because of its appearance or taste. I have always wanted to make a dessert with fresh raspberries as raw materials, but Guangxi has hardly seen raspberries sold. This time I bought 5 boxes while going to Guangzhou to see the baking show. I took them back four hours away and put them carefully. Save part of it in the refrigerator. I used half a catty to make this raspberry love mousse. I am extremely satisfied with the shape and taste. The mousse has sweet and sour raspberry jam and strong coffee flavored finger pie, a cake There are three tastes. The topping is topped with chocolate decoration, the crunchy texture and the soft and delicate mousse layer complement each other. In short, you must try it, this is a taste that will not disappoint you~
This time, I used ACA’s ATO-E38AC voice oven for roasting coffee fingercakes. The cabinet is very wide. When the fingercakes are baked, the heating is very even. The color of each fingercake is almost the same, which is amazing! "
