Canned Raspberry with Rock Sugar
1.
Choose fresh raspberries.
2.
Wash the raspberries gently with water.
3.
Add clear water to the pot, boil the rock sugar, continue to simmer until the rock sugar water is slightly thicker.
4.
Add raspberries to the pot. Cook for 1 minute. Too much time will cause the raspberries to be boiled to pieces.
5.
Put it into an oil-free and water-free sealed container. If the container fits, it is inverted to extend the shelf life.
Tips:
Raspberries are more acidic, so the proportion of rock sugar is higher, which can be increased or decreased as appropriate.
