Raspberry Jam
1.
Choose fresh raspberries, i.e. raspberries.
2.
Screen the raspberries and remove the fruit pedicles.
3.
The finest raspberry particles are plump and round, bright and beautiful in color.
4.
Rinse all, run over water several times, and make sure the raspberries are in good condition.
5.
Juice half a lemon and add it to the raspberry.
6.
Add white granulated sugar and rock sugar. Rock sugar can be replaced with the same amount of white granulated sugar.
7.
Flip a few times to make the sugar even, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 12 hours.
8.
Pour the candied raspberries into a stainless steel pot, boil on low heat, and skim any foam.
9.
The soup gradually thickened.
10.
Always pay attention to turning, so as not to paste the pot.
11.
The soup continued to decrease.
12.
The soup is very thick and the shovel can be turned off when it takes a little effort to move.
13.
Quickly fill the sterilized jam jar with no oil and water, close the lid and snap it upside down immediately.
14.
Use a hair dryer to seal the shrink film.
15.
Make an appointment with the sealing sticker, eat it by yourself, and give it away very beautifully.
Tips:
The ratio of raspberry to sugar is generally 2:1. I like the sweet and sour taste, so I cut 100 grams of sugar. Please adjust according to your preferences.
