Almond Cake

Pour in orange zest and beat evenly;

Sift in the mixture of low-gluten flour and baking powder, and mix evenly;

Sift in almond flour and stir evenly;

Pour the batter into the mold;

Preheat the oven well, bake the upper and lower fire at 180 degrees for 18 minutes;

Tips:
1. The orange peel can be sterilized by scrubbing with salt;
2. The amount of powdered sugar can be increased or decreased according to your own taste, my formula is moderately sweet;
3. The cake mold can be used as you like, paper cups, pound cake molds, etc. can also be used;
The amount of batter put into the mold is added according to my preference, I like the medium size.
