Almond Cookies

Prepare all materials and cookie gun.

Put all the powdered sugar in the butter after it has softened at room temperature.

Beat the butter with a whisk until it is smooth, add the egg liquid in three times, beat well each time and add another time.

Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well.

Plus natural forest almond powder.

Mix into a soft dough and simply mix well.

Put the dough into the cookie gun and install the flower pieces.

The cookies are squeezed directly on the non-stick baking pan, if you are not using a non-stick baking pan, put a piece of greased paper.

Preheat the oven to 170°, and bake the middle layer up and down for about 13 minutes, until the edges of the cookies are golden brown.

Keep the cookies tightly sealed after cooling completely.
Tips:
I use natural forest almond powder, which has a very strong aroma and fragrant. If you don't like the taste of almonds or are allergic to almonds, you can use low-gluten flour instead of almond flour to make original cookies.
