Almond Shortbread

Mix the sugar and oil first, then add the egg whites and stir. Don’t beat the egg whites, just break them up.

After the sugar is dissolved, add the flour and stir evenly

Stir until there is no dry powder

Put the almonds in the oven and bake at 150 degrees for 15 minutes

Put non-stick paper on the baking tray, use a spoon to scoop some batter and spread it on the paper

Sprinkle almonds on the surface for decoration

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. If you want to eat more crispy, bake for another 5 minutes
